• Two night minimum weekends and two or three night minimum holidays. Call for availability of one night stays on the weekend. One night stays on weekdays always welcome.
• 10-day cancellation policy (21 days for weddings) – any cancellation made within the 10 days (or 21 days for weddings) results in the entire stay being charged to you. If room is re-rented, charge is refunded less $25 cancellation fee.
• Two persons per suite
• No smoking, no pets. We have cats of our own on the premises.
  
• Check-in 4:00 – 9:00 p.m.
• Checkout by 10:30 a.m.
• Deposit equal to one night's stay with Visa and MasterCard. Checks accepted if received 10 days prior to arrival date.
• $25.00 charge for any cancellation.
• $50.00 charge for cancellation of the Wedding for Two Package.
